Teen sensation Justin Bieber is new offering money tips to kids after he agreed to be the new face of SpendSmart debit cards.

After joining the SpendSmart team back in January he has now issued his first 'Real Talk' video offering advice to younger spenders.

The 19 year old Bieber made himself a cool $55 million last year alone but lately he hasn't been the best role model after his heated confrontation with his neighbor and his German monkey confiscation ordeal.

SpendSmart, which was formerly known as BillMyParents, also not having the best reputation, after receiving criticism for issuing excessive charges for their pre-paid debit cards.

The card already charges a $1.50 per ATM withdrawal fee, a $3.95 monthly fee and a $3 fee if the card goes dormant for more than 90 days. There are also fees for loading money on the card and even a fee if you want to check your balance.

One expert has called the card "an essentially unregulated gift card that has a pretty steep drain on the  funds."

I'm not sure if I would let Bieber give me advise on money, and especially with this card.
