The purchase was spearheaded by IMA Financial Group CEO Robert Cohen, with other investors being named as Parsyl CEO and former Obama administration official Ben Hubbard, sports business executive Tom Dunmore, Phos CEO Nicole Glaros, and former player and current analyst for the National Women's Soccer League Jordan Angeli.
