Love Sweets? There’s Finally a Peach Cobbler Factory Dessert Shop in Colorado
Finding a great dessert in Colorado got easier in January of 2025 as The Peach Cobbler Factory opened a location in north Denver.
The Peach Cobbler Factory Opens Colorado Location
What's great about this Peach Cobbler Factory, is that it's within a great destination area: The Shops at Northfield, off of I-270 and I-70. It's very easy to get to from Northern Colorado and has a ton of shops, restaurants, a movie theater and more.
Having this dessert shop there gives us all another reason to get up to Northfield and have some fun.
If you're thinking about franchising a The Peach Cobbler Factory, you'll need to invest anywhere from $127,000 to $446,000 just to open.
What is The Peach Cobbler Factory?
I'd not heard of them until I heard people talking about how they'd come to Denver. They've been around since 2013, beginning as a food truck operation offering a variety of cobblers. It's a story that has Colorado written all over it - we love food trucks.

They have 12 different cobblers, giant cookies, 12 different banana puddings, cinnamon rolls, shakes, pudding shakes, brownies and more. It sounds like the kind of place that you have to keep going back to, to try different things.

Their first brick-and-mortar location opened in Nashville; just over a decade later you could find them in about 20 states across the nation. There are eight locations in Tennessee itself; there are over a dozen shops in Florida.
The Peach Cobbler Factory carries 12 different varieties of banana pudding, including 'Peanut Butter & Jelly Banana Pudding'
Hopefully, Colorado will be a state with more than a few Peach Cobbler Factory locations, such as Fort Collins, and Estes Park.
I've been to The Shops at Northfield several times; I suggest shopping at Bass Pro Shops, having dinner at Texas de Brazil and then grabbing dessert at The Peach Cobbler Factory.
