Denver's 10 Most-Popular Restaurants in the Fall of 2024

It's definitely a varied list of restaurants, from steakhouses, to sushi to Italian fare. It's good to see that everyone's palates are open to different dining options; it would be disappointing to find that all 10 were sushi restaurants.

A few of the restaurants you've probably heard of, while there are also some that you probably haven't; either way, these places are the most popular for dinner reservations in the Mile High City area according to OpenTable.com.

Imagine having the funds available to hit up all 10 restaurants in 10 days; that would be a blast. I'll be there's someone out there, who has the money, who's done it.

The Michelin Guide debuted in Colorado in 2023, with five restaurants earning one Michelin star and four noted at Green Star restaurants.

Nine also earned Michelin’s Bib Gourmand distinction, recognizing these restaurants' great food and value.

In total, the inaugural guide identified 44 standout restaurants.

For 2024, Michelin added a one-star restaurant, a Bib Gourmand and two new recommended restaurants: Brasserie Brixton in Denver and Kawa Ni, also in Denver. 

Michelin-starred restaurants earn up to three stars from anonymous inspectors who assess product quality, mastery of cooking techniques, harmony of flavors, the personality of the chef as reflected in the cuisine, and consistency over time and across the entire menu.
