The Waffle Lab is a staple in Fort Collins. Whether you have visited their physical location at 130 Olive St. or have found their food truck, you and I both know that they have amazing food.

Well, you might only be able to find the food truck from now on. The Waffle Lab has officially announced that its sister restaurant, The Burger Lab, will take over its physical location at 130 Olive St.

Is the Waffle Lab in Fort Collins Closing?

It appears so. The Waffle Lab made a post about the change on social media.

We reached out to The Waffle Lab on Facebook and they let us know that the location on Olive St. will no longer be serving waffles. Waffles can still be easily found at their food truck which can be found at various locations across Northern Colorado.

Here is what a representative said to me:

Appreciate you reaching out.

Waffle Lab will no longer be operating out of 130 W Olive St. It will only be available via the truck or catering orders.

If you love Waffle Lab and want to track where their food truck will be, we recommend following them on social media. They often post their schedule online.

The Waffle Lab did not announce when the transition will take place.

As of right now, we just have the announcement and we are anticipating more details in the future.
