Twin Staves Cocktail Lounge Opens in Windsor

Twin Staves Cocktail Lounge announced that it would be opening in late 2025, offering two whiskey brands, Larado and Ridge River, for customers to try in handcrafted cocktails.

Located on the southeast corner of 4th Street and Main Street in Windsor, Twin Staves Cocktail Lounge is intimate, luxurious, and serves up some of the best cocktails you can find anywhere on the Front Range.

I was lucky enough to be invited to the New Year's Eve celebration at Twin Staves Cocktail Lounge and was blown away by the atmosphere and drinks. My obvious first choice was to try the Old Fashioned.

However, that was not the favorite drink of the night. Feeling adventurous and wanting to ring in the New Year doing something out of the ordinary, I decided to try a Whiskey Sour. This was hands down our preferred drink, and we don't normally enjoy whiskey sour cocktails.
