When it comes to peaches, every Coloradan knows that Palisade reigns supreme. It's only fitting that a Northern Colorado single malt whiskey that has won international awards goes into a peach brandy cask from Peach Street Distillers, making the Root Shoot limited-edition Colorado Peach Brandy Cask Finished Single-Malt Whiskey a great summer sipper.

Personally, this will certainly be a go-to glass of whiskey this fall, if I can find a bottle. At 49 percent ABV, the suggested retail price of $70 is a no-brainer for a whiskey lover. With only 480 bottles produced, it will certainly be one of those bottles you will cherish, and not many people will have in their own bar.

Only 480 Bottles of Root Shoot Peach Whiskey Were Produced

Root Shoot Colorado Peach Brandy Cask Finished Whiskey is only available exclusively in the Colorado market and will soon be available to purchase online at rootshootspirits.com.
