If I had to choose one dish for my last meal, I would probably choose a seafood paella as my last. The flavor, texture, and overall taste of paella are hard to beat. A couple of years ago, we took a trip to Barcelona. While we were on our trip, we took a paella cooking class.

The lessons I learned from that class are still used when making paella at home. I adore the Spanish dish so very much.
