Meet Hurricane: Our NOCO Humane Pet of the Week
NOCO Humane has many dogs, cats, and critters available for adoption right now in Northern Colorado. In my opinion, it is the best place to go to find your next pet. I have personally adopted an animal from NOCO Humane, and it was an incredible experience.
Their staff is warm and kind. NOCO Humane cares deeply about the animals in their care and will give them as many resources as possible in a heartbeat to ensure they are prepared for their forever home.
Every week, we spotlight a special animal as our Townsquare NoCo Pet of the Week. This time, we are excited to introduce you to Hurricane.
Meet Hurricane: Ready For Adoption in Northern Colorado
Hurricane is a seven-year-old male American Pit Bull Terrier mix who is looking for his forever home. This happy guy is full of energy and thrives on adventure and playtime.
Hurricane came into NOCO Humane's care as a stray dog and his past is unknown, but he has shown himself to be a loyal, treat-loving guy who enjoys bonding with people.
What to Consider Before Adopting Hurricane
His enthusiasm for life is undeniable, and he also has a friendly demeanor around other dogs, which shows that Hurricane could adapt well to a home with other dogs. If you already have a dog at home, though, there should be a meet-and-greet at NOCO Humane.
Hurricane is a loyal guy who will quickly become your buddy.
Hurricane’s lively personality is infectious, but you should be ready for a dog with lots of energy. He can get very excited, so it might take some patience to help him calm down after playtime.
