Waffle House is an iconic breakfast spot where you can get food at any time of the day. This little building that serves up some pretty tasty waffles is known throughout the South as the place to go after a night out on the town.

There is one thing that is never missing from any Waffle House no matter where you go and that is the vibe. Seriously, this restaurant is known far and wide for the patrons who stop in to grab a bite to eat. When I was living in Florida, we stopped at a Waffle House after partying for New Year's Eve and it was packed with people. A group of people sitting at a booth were all pretty tore up from partying. One of these guys decided to get down on one knee and propose to his girlfriend right then and there.

The girlfriend apparently did not want to be proposed to at a Waffle House and told him no. As you can guess, drama ensued for the rest of the time that the group was there. It is always a memorable experience at a Waffle House.
