Look At This Cute Baby Animal in Rocky Mountain National Park
Northern Colorado is home to some of the most beautiful mountains and places in the world, as well as some of the best wildlife you will see anywhere. There are many animals to see as you drive through the mountains, especially when you are going through Rocky Mountain National Park. The park is home to elk, moose, deer, eagles, foxes, and many more animals, but have you ever seen one when they are first born? Over the past weekend, a new addition was added to Rocky Mountain National Park, and this cute baby is taking over the internet.
New Baby Moose in Rocky Mountain National Park
Over the final weekend of May, an adorable baby moose was born in Rocky Mountain National Park, and a few people were there to capture the animal's first few moments and its first few days. While moose aren't the most common animal to see in the park, this little calf has been spotted frequently throughout its first week of life. If you haven't seen this adorable creature, watch the video posted above and check out how cute this baby moose is. While seeing the pictures and videos will make you want to get in your car and see if you can go see it in person, that might not be the best idea, and the odds of finding it are slim. If you do want to see a moose, though, there are a few things to know.
Seeing Moose at Rocky Mountain National Park

If you happen to come across a moose in the wild, do not approach it. While they may look cute, especially the baby, they are territorial animals and are known to be highly aggressive. If you do want to try to get a picture or video of one from a safe distance, though, the best times of day to look for them are right around sunrise and sunset. It is best to find a lake or another source of water, as moose will typically go to get a drink and bathe to start and end their days before it gets hot or dark. Most moose spotted in Rocky Mountain National Park are on the west side of the park.

Enjoy the pictures and videos of this adorable new addition to Rocky Mountain National Park, and keep your eyes open the next time you are in the park, and perhaps you could see this cute baby in person if you are lucky.
