Last night was the Victoria Secret's Fashion Show with musical guests Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Fall Out Boy and Ed Sheeran. But recently the company has been in some hot water due to the wording of a particular ad. Several years ago, an event like the Victoria Secret Fashion Show, showing off the latest in women underthings, would have been relegated to pay-preview or HBO Now it's on prime time with some of the biggest stars in music. It's rather obvious that times have changes, however I'm wondering if this is the case with their ad's?

Recently Victoria Secret posted an ad showing a lineup of their models with the line "The Perfect Body." After a large number of complaints, they ended up updating the ad, with the same photo, but now with the line "A Body for Every Body." Admittedly the second line is much better and more mass appeal. But it got me thinking... is this something new? When you walk through the mall, see their ads in the mail or on TV, are they and have they been "fat" shamming people? Should they have had to change the ad? You can see the Ad below as well as some of the performances from the fashion show.
