The inventor of the colorful, reusable static-cling decals for Lego-type bricks is 11 years old and could not attend the toy fair his product was being show. Greyson MacLean, the inventor of the of the reusable BrickStix decals, was not allowed to come to Toy Fair in New York because the city required attendants to be 18 and up. His parents did attend in his place.
His toy decals are still fairly new and only available in 20 states. The stickers let kids customize their creations with signs, lettering and artwork. They stickers stick to smooth surfaces through static electricity which makes them reusable.
IT sad to read that the boy could not even attend a toy fair that included his creation. Talk about having to do all the work and not getting to enjoy the glory.
