Highway 392 Closed at I-25 Today (Windsor Exit)

The Coloradoan is reporting that Highway 392 at I-25 (The Windsor exit) will be CLOSED today until 5pm for paving operations on the new interchange. Drivers on 392 should expect significant delays and plan to use alternate routes.

In addition to this closure, from 7PM to 6AM on Tuesday and Wednesday crews will be pouring concrete for the bridge which will lead to numerous single lane closures on I-25 during the work hours.

Translation; you can't drive on 392 over I-25 today. And there could be some slowdowns on I-25 near the Windsor exit Tuesday and Wednesday nights.

Alternate routes are a good thing.

Some detour tips from CDOT:

• SH 392 on the east side of I-25: Motorists will be detoured east to Larimer County Road 5 where they may travel north to Harmony Road, or south to Crossroads Boulevard.
• SH 392 on the west side of I-25: Motorists will be detoured to the southwest frontage road where they may either turn north to Harmony Road, or south to Crossroads Boulevard.
