On Tuesday, March 2, 2021, the Wells Fargo bank off of Harmony Road near College Avenue suffered a robbery of an undisclosed amount of money.

Fort Collins police are looking for the suspect who entered the bank shortly before 4:37 p.m. He approached one of the bank's tellers and demanded money.

The suspect is described as:

...an athletic adult male, about 5-foot-5 to 5-foot-6 tall with a slender build.

That 'C' on the cap does not ring a bell to me. I wonder who walks into a bank with such a distinctive hat? Maybe it's meant to be distracting, a 'false clue.'

I shall call him the 'C is for Cash' Bandit.'

And really, how much could he/they have gotten away with, in the end? Probably not nearly enough to take it on the lam to Fiji or anywhere like that.

I'm also curious how they picked out this Well Fargo branch. I'm guessing that it's because the location is close to two thoroughfares in town (Harmony and College).

Luckily, no one was physically hurt in the robbery. Hopefully, the 'C' will stand for 'Caught' soon.
