Guy Gives Trick or Treaters Cocaine Instead of Candy

What the heck people!?!?! A man in London has been arrested after handing out cocaine instead of candy on Halloween.

Police were called after a few kids noticed that they had tiny bags of white powder in their bag. Police tested it and it was confirmed that it was indeed cocaine. The kids were able to point out where they got it from and police arrested the 23-year-old man and charged him with possession.

Luckily none of the kids had taken any of the cocaine and the police believe that this was an isolated incident. The man had accidentally given out his stash.
