Brace yourselves, chocolate lovers, because Godiva is closing all of its brick and mortar locations in the U.S. by the end of March.

According to 9News, the company's decision is due to the pandemic, which has significantly less people out and about buying chocolate.

Godiva has not yet revealed the closure dates for its two Colorado stores, which are located in the Cherry Creek and Park Meadows malls.

However, not all hope is lost — even if you can't make it down there in time to appease your chocolate-obsessed significant other before Valentine's Day. The delicacy will still be sold online and at most grocery stores.
