Girl Gets Bullied By Teacher Then Attacks [VIDEO]

I am not sure why he is yelling at her but he pushes her too far. This happened in an English class at a Russian school and for some reason that teacher decided to ream this poor little girl. I don't know what he is saying but by the tone of his voice, it doesn't seem like it is very nice. Also, when he starts poking her, you can tell he is not happy. But, you know that old saying, "Don't poke the bear." Well, he finds out why. I guess they do things a bit different in Russia.
