Get Excited: Everything You Need to Know About the NoCo Parade of Homes
The chance to live out all of your HGTV dreams is coming up this month.
The Northern Colorado Parade of Homes is back from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on September 11-13 and September 18-20.
Presented by the Northern Colorado Home Builders Association (NoCoHBA), the event is your chance to gain design inspiration by visiting 29 new construction homes along the Front Range.
"Just go and tour and see the trends...the kitchens, and the master baths, and the landscaping and the views. You get ideas for your home, you get ideas for your remodels," said Nikki Giordano, Executive Officer of the NoCoHBA, in our "Tuned In to NoCo" interview. "It's a great way to get out there and see what's going on in the market today."
Every home you visit is not only an opportunity to see the latest trends from industry professionals, but it's also your chance to win $2,500 from FNBO.
And while you could use that prize money for anything you want, it might just come in handy if you fall in love with one of the homes on the tour.
COVID-19 precautions will be in place. Be sure to grab your mask so you can enjoy all the new homes that NoCo has to offer safely.
On top of hosting fun events like the Parade of Homes, the NoCoHBA also works to make sure that the construction industry is represented in the community.
"The discussions [within the NoCoHBA] are about the things that affect us locally," said Dan Ormesher, Chairman of the NoCoHBA. "It's important for us to help manage our costs, our businesses, and what we can do locally to maintain our way of life."
