This is a weird story, but also kind of sweet. 88-year-old David Kime Jr. loved fast food so much, that when his funeral was in session, mourners took a detour through the Burger King Drive-Thru.  During the procession, each car, including the hearse, went through the drive-thru and ordered a burger. A whopper jr. was the last burger ordered and it was placed upon his flag draped coffin.

Kime, WW II veteran loved all fast food, so this was very fitting to his life.

“It’s nice to know he was a loyal customer up until the end – the very end,” said restaurant manager Margaret Hess.
