'Frozen', the movie that caused many, many parodies on the internet, has now caused another craze. A new rush in kids named after the main character.

The UK parenting site BabyCentre (h/t Gawker) released a mid-year report of the top 100 baby names for boys and girls and according to their findings, the name Elsa has jumped 243 spots to number 88 due to the popularity of the 2013 animated movie.

"Whilst the film's popular heroine is called Anna, Elsa offers a more unique name and is also a strong female role model", says Sarah Barrett, Managing Editor for BabyCentre.

So there you go. If you meet an Elsa later on in the world, there is a good chance it is because of 'Frozen'.
