Celebrating fall in Colorado includes hitting up one of the many corn mazes across the state. One, in Northern Colorado, has grown to become one of the state's best.

In 1999, a family in Weld County came up with the idea to make a maze in their corn field; here they are, 25 years later, and the idea has become more than just a maze. It's a testament on how hard work and great entertainment can pay off.

25 years is a lot of corn and a lot of visitors.

Corn Maze in LaSalle, Colorado Celebrates 25 Years of Fun

Now known as Fritzler Farm Park, it all began in 1999 as Fritzler's Corn Maze. Over two decades later, the venue is much, much more than just the corn maze, so the name change was necessary.

It really has become a "Must" event for fall activities in Colorado, though being in LaSalle can make it difficult for the entire state to enjoy the park.

It's still, after six years of having the new name to not call it "Fritzler Corn Maze," but again, it's not just about the maze.

After 25 years of doing this, the family and their employees know what they're doing and what Coloradans (and some out-of-staters) are looking for when it comes to something like this.

Things you'll find at Fritzler Farm Park:

  • The Maze.
  • Pumpkin Cannon.
  • Lots of Food.
  • Beer Garden.
  • Giant Slide.
  • Pick Your Own Pumpkin Patch.
  • Human Foosball.
  • Pumpkin House.
  • Much, much, more.

It would be a challenge to list all the designs the 13-acre corn maze has been; while some years have been about the Broncos, Country Music Stars, and other fun things, the maze has mostly been about celebrating community.

For the 2024 season, the maze is dedicated to Life Stories Child & Family Advocacy.
