A 38-year-old man who has been in the Larimer County Jail since May recently had more charges added to his name, after being identified as a suspect in multiple window peeping incidents that occurred near the CSU campus.

The Fort Collins Police Neighborhood Enforcement Team has been investigating a series of peeping Tom reports that have been happening since January, in the area of Sherwood Street, just north of campus. Ultimately, investigators determined James Morsbach was the person committing these actions, and also linked him to several other crimes. Morsbach was arrested and charged with the following:

Invasion of Privacy for Sexual Gratification – 3 counts (class 6 felony)
Attempted Invasion of Privacy for Sexual Gratification – 2 counts (class 2 misdemeanor)
Retaliation Against a Witness or Victim (class 3 felony)
Attempted Burglary (class 4 felony)
Stalking (class 5 felony)
Criminal Mischief (class 6 felony)
2nd Degree Criminal Trespassing – 6 counts (class 3 misdemeanor)
Resisting Arrest-- 2 counts (class 2 misdemeanor)
