Fort Collins Police Under Scrutiny After Old Town Arrest Caught on Video [Video]

The video seen here shows a police officer shoving a man in Old Town Square, which then leads to the mans arrest and has prompted Fort Collins police Chief John Hutto to order a review of the situation.  It's not stated when this event happened, but the video was posted by Jade Cervantes on Mar 25, 2012. Fort Collins police this afternoon are holding a press conference at 2pm today to discuss the video .
