It's time to write the eulogy for anther Fort Collins restaurant. The latest casualty is Jimmy C's Fish & Chips.

According to the Coloradoan, the locally owned and operated restaurant closed it's doors for good on Sunday after being open for five years in Fort Collins. You can read more about why they had to close down from the Coloradoan and see what the owner had to say about the closing.

What was Jimmy C's?

Locally owned and operated in sunny Fort Collins, Colorado, JimmyC’s offers a full menu of authentic British “Fish & Chip Shop” fare, along with a great selection of imported and local craft beer and wine, and a retail area stocked with British chocolates and other favorites from “across the pond”!

I'm not a seafood guy, so I never partook in the Jimmy C's goodness, but I have a few friends that are going to be heartbroken that they can't get their traditional fish and chips anymore.

This is what the restaurant posted to Facebook on Sunday.
