What is the USA Pro Cycling Challenge? It's one of the largest cycling events in our country's history.

Referred to as “America’s Race,” the second annual USA Pro Cycling Challenge will take place August 20-26, 2012, a week proclaimed by Governor John Hickenlooper as “Colorado Cycling Holiday,” and travel through 12 host cities from Durango to Denver.

So, this is a gathering of people that ride their bikes further each day than I like to drive my car. Bike enthusiasts impress me, I could never be one, but the time and hard work they put into their sport is pretty amazing. And it's pretty cool that such a huge event will be in our backyards.
