As if it doesn't seem Fort Collins traffic isn't getting more and more unbearable as days pass it can only get a little bit worse. The city of Fort Collins will be shutting down Mulberry St. between Loomis and Washington Ave beginning Monday for a period of three weeks.

Just North of Colorado State University the busy street will be closed for water main repairs. The four block stretch of Mulberry Street will be blocked off to through traffic for three weeks while a 4 inch water main is replaced by an 8 inch by Fort Collins Utilities in order to improve water reliability in the area.

Residents and pedestrians in the area will fortunately still have access but if your commute happens to be West of College on Mulberry you might start planning a different route.
