Christina Perri with "Burning Gold." An American singer-songwriter and musician from Philadelphia. Her music has been featured in numerous TV shows and movies. Her early music influences included Blind Melon and Guns N' Roses.
Sia with "Chandelier." An Australian downtempo, pop, and jazz singer and songwriter. She has collaborated with several artists including Jennifer Lopez, Shakira and Eminem to name a few. Early influences include Stevie Wonder and Aretha Franklin.
Janelle Monae with "Heroes." An American psychedelic soul and R&B singer-songwriter, composer and record producer. She is a multi-award winning, and Grammy nominated artist. One of her influences came from Dorothy from "The Wizard of Oz."
John Mayer with "XO." An American recording artist and producer. He started his career with acoustic rock then transition into blues, collaborating B.B. King and Eric Clapton, to name a few. He has since became a multi-award winning artist. I'm sure we have not heard the last from John Mayer.
Us The Duo with "No Matter Where You Are." These pop-folk songwriters, write their own music together. It also led them to produce their first self-titled album in 2012. After its release, Michael & Carissa got married and have been traveling and playing music together ever since.
