Fire Crew Cuts Woman Free from Chastity Belt After Losing Key

A woman walked into a fire station last week asking for help removing her chastity belt, to which she lost the key.

The unidentified 60-year-old woman initially told fire crews in Padua, Italy, that she needed help opening a padlock. Naturally, they thought she meant she had locked herself out of her apartment - until she lifted her sweater to show them the iron contraption.

Crews looked into whether the woman was a victim of domestic violence who may have been forced to wear the chastity belt. However, she told them she wore it because she was worried about incidents of sexual violence she had seen on the news.
