Northern Colorado has had a streak of scorchers lately (which doesn't really help out the wildfire situation), but fortunately, a cool-off is on the way, and you may actually get to turn off the AC.

Starting Monday, temps in the Fort Collins area will drop to a high of 74 degrees, and on Tuesday, the high temperatures is expected to be 76 — about 20 to 30 degrees cooler than it has been.

Showers and thunderstorms are also likely throughout the weekend. See the full forecast from the National Weather Service here.
