EOS Lip Balm Being Sued for Customer’s Adverse Reactions

EOS lip balm is being sued by a customer who claims she suffered adverse reactions to its product.

The colorful, egg-shaped pods - endorsed by Britney Spears, Hilary Duff, and Kim Kardashian - allegedly produced a slew of severe reactions on a woman named Rachael Cronin, who has filed a class action lawsuit against the company.

Cronin claims that, within hours of applying the EOS lip balm, she had rashes, bleeding, blistering, cracking, and loss of pigmentation that lasted 10 days.

Cronin's attorney Mark Geragos - who filed the suit - is asking for damages and corrective advertising.
