Dumb Criminal of the Day: Demonstrators Arrested, Learn There is Such a Thing as Too Much Cowbell

In Wisconsin, demonstrators were calling for the recall of Gov. Scott Walker. Police showed up to control the rowdy crowd and told them to quiet down. One demonstrator decided that instead of hushing up, he was going to play more cowbell!

Yes, he was using a cowbell as a noisemaker and once the police asked him to be quiet he started shaking it louder and louder and was waving it in police officers faces. When police tried to take the bell away the man shoved a police officer and earned an instant-win ticket to jail.

While police were apprehending him another protester started hitting then with her picket sign, so she also got to see the inside of the county jail.

According to 9News police are recommending charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and battery to an officer for the duo.

Too much cowbell...apparently there is such a thing.
