Drunk Guy Declares Himself Eligible for NBA Draft

Most of us have been in a situation where we come up with a "good idea" while we are under the influence, but most of the time we never follow through. Well, one guy got drunk and decided that he would let the NBA know he was eligible for the NBA draft.

This guy from N.J. was drinking a few back in April and decided that he wanted the NBA to know that they could draft them if their hearts desired. He sent a letter to the NBA addressing the draft and he actually got a letter back from NBA Vice President Andy Taub saying that was already eligible since graduation from the University of Miami in 2010.
