Drunk Driver Thinks Breathalyzer is an iPhone

This story is kind of hilarious and luckily he didn't hurt anyone. A 41-year-old man was stopped in Germany for a random breath test. Instead of taking the breathalyzer, he insisted on calling his lawyer. The only problem...   He thought the breathalyzer was an iPhone and tried to make a call with it. A Police Spokesperson said:

He thought it was an iPhone, and was trying to bring up the icons on the display, and despite explaining to him that it was a breathalyser he was unable to provide a proper sample. [SOURCE]

They ended up taking him to a hospital to do a blood test to confirm that he was drunk and he was well over the limit.
