Drunk Driver Smashes Katy Perry’s Promo ‘Prism’ Truck, Returns To Scene With No Pants

If you plan on doing something as stupid as drunk driving, you might want to avoid crashing into the promotional truck being driven around the country to promote Katy Perry's new album.

Let's just say a lot of people will notice.

According to The Times-Tribune, a 56-year-old suspected drunk driver crashed into Katy's rig on Friday night and then fled the scene. *Insert your own 'Last Friday Night' joke here.*

The driver...returned to the scene without pants as police were taking a report, nearly hitting a police car several times and telling officers with slurred speech that, “I’m really bad. I’ve been drinking.”

I'm guessing he had to be sloppy drunk because as you can see by the photo above, Katy's 'Prism' truck is gold plated and pretty hard to miss. (it's being driven around to promote her new album, 'Prism', that comes out on October 22nd. Click here to listen to her new song, 'Roar.'

Perry took to Twitter to keep her fans in the loop of her truck's accent:

Severely inebriated behind the wheel of a big rig, crashing into the most visible vehicle in America, fleeing the scene and coming back with no pants...I'm glad this guy is off of our roads.
