Dog and Cat Stuck in a Tree [VIDEO]

Yup, you read the title right, there is a dog stuck in a tree with a cat. The first words that came to mind when I saw this video was, " What the...". Seriously though, how the heck did that dog get all the way to the top like that? It's not like he is a "small" dog by any means.What makes things even more confusing is the description of the video is in Russian, so I really have no idea what is going on. How did they get the dog down? I have so many questions! And I can only assume that the dog's bark translated to English say, "HELP! The cat said it would be a piece of cake" HELP!"
