June 7-9, 2024 in Colorado is the Most Perfect Time to Adopt a Dog
Having a dog as part of the family in Colorado is almost a "given;" it seems like a majority of homes in the state have a "fur baby."
If you've been thinking about adding to your family in that way, the second weekend of June is the time to do so. It could be your very first weekend with your newest family member, getting acquainted with one another as summer gets underway.
Having a dog can turn your life around; that why they're called "rescue dogs," for more than one reason. You're rescuing them from a shelter, and the dog is rescuing you from missing out on unconditional love and fun.
Dog Adoptions in Colorado Reimbursed by Pedigree
The dog food company, Pedigree, will be reimbursing your adoption fees, up to $200, if you adopt a dog between Friday, June 7 and Sunday June 9, 2024. Depending on what dog melts your heart, $200 could cover the whole cost of the adoption.
Set some time aside June 7-9, to hit up one of the local humane shelters across Colorado, like NoCoHumane.org; find yourself a new "best friend," and then just submit your receipt to Pedigree before July 10, 2024 to get reimbursed.
You and your new "fur baby" are going to have years of walks, jogs, zoomies, and sloppy kisses. Having your fees covered by a dog food company makes it all that much better.
