Does Anyone Wash Their Hands in Colorado? – Derek’s Soap Box

Am I alone in this?

Not to sound like a creeper, but I have noticed a lot of people not washing their hands after using the bathroom. Why? It's not like it takes that long to do it and on top of that you are being courteous to others as well. What happened to being sanitary? Maybe I am alone in this.
