Denver Man Disturbs the Peace With a Water Fountain?

Apparently the calm sound of flowing water makes some people mad.A man in Denver got cited for disturbing the peace because of his water fountain.

Officers showed up to his house after a neighbor called to report that his fountain was too loud. The man and his neighbor couldn't come to a peaceful resolution over the fountain so authorities were brought in to help.  The 63-year-old man who is the owner of the fountain was difficult to deal with so officials had his wife unplug the fountain and gave him a ticket for disturbing the peace.

How loud could that fountain be?
