It's like something out of 'Futurama'.

When someone files a complaint about some pot odor in an area, the nasal ranger is called in. His name is Ben Siller. He is part of the Department of Public Health and him and his field olfactometer hit the area to see if there has been a law broken.

He has been investigating odors for 26 years and if the odor is strong enough, you could be slapped with a $2000 fine. That hasn't happened since 1994.
