Dead Frog Found In Salad

In some countries this is a delicacy right?

A woman in New York city got a salad for herself from Pret A Manger, a sandwich shop, and got a little surprise.

In her organic and "natural" salad she found a dead frog. Not a normal thing to find in your salad. I know it is organic, but come on. She was refunded her money and given a coupon to get a free lunch.

A manager said this:

At Pret A Manger, we take issues like this very seriously. Our lettuce is sourced from farms that do not use any pesticides on its produce, therefore organic matter does very rarely manage to pass through our production process. We are currently looking into this issue to make every effort that this does not happen again.”
