Great news for resident undergrads at Colorado State University: A zero percent tuition increase for the 2020 school year.

In a press release, the university announced that the board has approved a budget that reflects no increase in tuition for in-state undergrads at CSU - Fort Collins, Pueblo and Global.

'Zero tuition increase is welcome news for our in-state undergrads as we work to keep higher education attainable for Colorado residents, because we know it is a good investment that pays real dividends,' said Tony Frank, president of CSU.

Frank also thanked both Hickenlooper and Governor Polis for helping make the budget possible.

Resident undergrad tuition will remain at $9,426 for a full year in Fort Collins; $6,349 for full year in Pueblo; $350 for CSU Global.
