Cowboys Take Over Steamboat Resort
Oops, I made this sound like an impromptu invasion, didn't I? Well, now that you're here, one of the annual traditions during the National Western Stock Show is something called the Cowboy Downhill. This is its 44th year.
No word on any ski boots with spurs on them, nor any boot-shaped snowboards, but these boys n' girls took as much of their wardrobe to the slopes as possible. Sure, flannel coats aren't unusual to see on the hills, but sheep fur, chaps, and great big hats accompanied for an experience that was as fun to watch as it was to partake in.
