Cops Give Speeding Drivers Lottery Tickets

This would be one ticket I wouldn't mind getting.

The only problem is that it still comes with an actual ticket.

Cops in Melbourne, Florida did something nice in honor of the Christmas spirit. When they would pull over drivers for speeding, they would hand them their ticket and a little bonus of a lottery scratch ticket.
