Cop Sprays Teens Pizza With Pepper Spray

That is one spicy pizza!

A teen in California was pulled over and was getting a ticket from Deputy Tavera. The teen had a pizza in the back which the deputy sprayed with pepper spray without the teen noticing.

The teen went home with the pizza and shared it with his roommates. The ended up getting sick from the pepper sprayed pizza and thinking the deputy had something to do with it he called the police and reported it.

The department is investigating and if the deputy is found guilty he could face jail time for assault.
