Colorado’s Own ‘Balloon Boy’ Incident Turned into a Musical

Remember the 'balloon boy' incident where a Fort Collins family said that their 6-year-old boy floated away in a balloon but instead he was at home? Thanks to a teen in New York, we now have a musical to help us remember that blunder.

Billy Recce from New York became interested in the balloon boy story so much that he wrote a musical about it. Is the musical any good? It just won a national contest and is going to debut later this month in Lincoln, Nebraska.

I am kind of interested to see the spin he took on this.
