It may have felt like this winter brought the largest snowfall in Colorado's history, but it turns out we've had it a lot worse in the past.

Thanks to an interactive map from HouseMethod.com, we can see the largest record snowfalls in Northern Colorado by county.

No, Colorado didn't nab the 'highest average snowfall'; that went to New Hampshire. However, Boulder County received 76 inches on April 15, 1921, blowing every other county out of the water (snow?) when it came to biggest snowfall total.

Larimer County's record snowfall was 60 inches on April 15, 1921, while Weld's happened in December of 2006, getting 29 inches on the 21st of the month. With the way this season has been going, it's possible we'll blow past both of these records here very soon...only time will tell.
