It seems odd that we have to have laws against 'puffing' in our state (Warming up your car, unattended, with the keys in it), but this morning police ticketed an Aurora woman for doing it, but she attacked an officer and got  a free ride to jail.

According the The Denver Channel, Aurora Police officer was checking out a "puffer" this morning as part of a big crackdown on puffing in the city and when he attempted to give a woman a ticket she got upset and allegedly kicked the officer.

Sorry lady, I'm assuming you didn't think you'd ever get a ticket for 'puffing' but kicking a police officer is probably not the best way to handle your frustration.

Now, instead of just a puffing ticket she faces charges of suspicion of battery, resisting arrest and leaving a vehicle unattended.
