Colorado’s Powderhorn Mountain Will Teach You To Ski For Free
If you have never tried skiing or snowboarding in Colorado before, the Bob Beverly program at Powderhorn Mountain Resort is your chance to learn from a pro for free.
As the good people at Powderhorn Mountain know, Bob Beverly was the man when it came to developing the mountain and ensuring the ski resort would open to Grand Junction and the public back in 1966.
The Legacy of Bob Beverly at Colorado's Powderhorn Mountain
Bob grew up in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and as a child, he became a mostly self-taught skier. Over the years he never stopped sharing his love for skiing so, in tribute to Bob, Powderhorn has a program that requires a 100% refundable deposit, but ultimately gets you free ski lessons this winter at zero cost by the time the classes come to an end.
