The October release of Taylor Swift's tenth album Midnights took the world by storm (and broke Ticketmaster). But even though Colorado residents have been jamming to "Anti-Hero," the Centennial State prefers a different T-Swizzle record.

"Anti-Hero" — Taylor Swift

The team at USBettingReport.com recently took to Google Trends to find out the favorite Taylor Swift album in each state.

The website only looked at six Swift albums — Fearless, Speak Now, Red, 1989, Reputation, Lover, folklore, and evermore — so Midnights and her self-titled album are unaccounted for.

But what is Colorado's favorite Taylor Swift album? The answer is...drumroll, please...folklore.

"cardigan" — Taylor Swift

That's right — Colorado residents are fans of Swift's eighth COVID-era record, which produced hits like "cardigan" and "my tears ricochet." Why? USBettingReport.com thinks it might have to do with how recently Swift released it (although, evermore was far less popular).

However, we aren't alone in our folklore love. According to USBettingReport.com, 21 other states also favor this album, including California, Texas, New York, and Florida.

Swift's second-most popular record is Lover, followed by 1989. Still, our neighbors to the north, Wyoming, prefer spinning Reputation.

Revisiting Taylor Swift's 'Fearless' Era:

Released when she was 18 years old, Fearless was Swift's sophomore album. The best-selling album of 2009, it spent 11 weeks at the top of the all-genre Billboard 200, has been certified Diamond by the RIAA and is one of the best-selling albums of the 21st century.

Fearless was a hit at awards shows, too: In 2009, it was named CMA and ACM Album of the Year, as well as Favorite Country Album at the American Music Awards. At the 2010 Grammy Awards, Swift won Best Country Album and the all-genre Album of the Year honor for the record.
